OVERVIEW:
Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Marketing Campaign Manager.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This will be a REMOTE role.
- CLIENT IS CONSIDERING CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY NEAR TO ElDorado Hills, CA.
- WORK LOCATION: El Dorado Hills, CA
- DURATION: 9 months assignment with potential of extension.
- EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.
- Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed, reliable internet connection- (No WI-FI) ethernet connection.
- Shift Hours: 09:00 AM- 05:00 PM (Pacific Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage campaign projects end to end including development of member-facing materials and tracking reviews with various stakeholders as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units to align on priorities and develop comprehensive communications strategies
- Develop communication programs that incorporate a full spectrum of tools and tactics (from traditional letters to digital and social media content)
- Creates communication through the eyes of the customer – developing holistic experiences and meaningful touch-points
- Use data to measure success and continually optimize results (open rates, response rates, return mail, list health, etc.)
- Use communication to mitigate risks through crisis management, constituent engagement, and customer service
- Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies and plans that drive member engagement and profitable membership growth/retention in support of NPS goals
- Develop holistic experiences and meaningful touchpoints that leverage a variety of tools (consumer engagement, content marketing, content syndication, and email marketing)
- Understand the strategic intent of our members and connect the personalized programs to experiences through member facing marketing assets with landing environments that inspire desired member’s actions and delivers on member’s needs.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires minimum 7 years of Marketing Management experience handling campaign marketing/email campaign within Healthcare or Pharma industry.
- Must have solid Knowledge of advanced health insurance marketing principles, healthcare education or behavior change practices and techniques is a plus
- Ability to independently develop, implement and evaluate marketing plans and processes and recommend process improvements.
