- Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Excel; minimum one year of experience in a high call volume customer support role; ability to multitask effectively.
- Be the primary contact for inbound calls, addressing general prescription statuses and financial inquiries to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for scheduling medication delivery and payment, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information is recorded.
- Respond to customer inquiries directly when possible or efficiently route calls to the appropriate staff for swift resolution.
- Document concise progress notes to facilitate quick assessments of referral status for other team members.
- Provide excellent customer service through the management information system, assisting with refill needs, checking the status of prescriptions, verifying insurance details, and providing invoices when requested.
- Address patient queries during refill scheduling and transfer to the clinical team as needed.
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to ensure patient safety is maintained.
- Perform additional duties as needed; tasks may vary depending on specific team or program requirements.
