Duration : 12 months Contract with high possibility of extension!!!
Pay rate : $25 / hr on W2
Note :
- Hybrid role (Mon - Thurs being in office and Friday working from home)
- Work schedule : 7 : 30-4 : 30 Mon - Fri.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem / dispute resolution.
A high school diploma plus 3 years of experience.Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP system(s).Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (export, logistics, order management, customer service).Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a related industry (i.e., medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -
Demonstrates working knowledge of product / service features and how products / services are used in customers' businessesDemonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and proceduresPerforms tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment and post-sales serviceAddresses moderately complex issuesResolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervisionCommunicates complex information on products and services. Recommends alternate products to meet customer needsHas developed knowledge and skills in own job family; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skillsApplies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activitiesWorks with moderate guidance in own area of knowledgeThanks!
