Amerit Consulting seeks an accomplished Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive factual investigations and legal research to support case management.
- Draft and respond to written discovery, prepare for and conduct depositions, and draft persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
- Present compelling oral arguments and assist with negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials, and appeals.
- Collaborate with shareholders, senior associates, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Juris Doctorate degree and licensing in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trust and estate laws.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills, as well as proven ability to manage client relationships with clarity and compassion.
