Position Title – ServiceNow System Administrator (Job ID – WLPTJP00045322)
Location: Indianapolis IN 46250 (100% Remote acceptable)
Duration: 6 months Strong Possibility of Extension

- Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems;
- Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed;
- Participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value;
- Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC;
- Resolve complex IT issues;
- Maintain and optimize the environment;
- Provide testing for new applications;
- Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs;
- Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks and report to senior leadership;
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform;
- Create of script based Assignment and Approval rule;
- Maintain a current knowledge of ServiceNow product offerings and other supporting technologies;
- Service Catalog structuring and Widget development;
- Development of required integration components
- Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility;
- Participate in project meetings/daily scrums and communicate development status;
- Ensure that ServiceNow standard best practices are utilized for all configurations and customization;
- Work with customers to understand their issues and resolve tickets within SLA;
- Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs;
- Support multiple instances of the platform including Development, QA, and Production;
Required Skills:
- Experience developing test scripts and plans;
- Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which have high ambiguity;
- Experience working on an agile team;
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Delivery;
- Experience with ServiceNow System Administration;
- Experience as a System Administrator of a service management application, preferably ServiceNow;
- Outstanding critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills;
- LDAP/Active Directory knowledge;
- Candidate must be able to handle a fast paced environment and multitask;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments;
- Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles and client facing;
- Proficiency with web API’s, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases;
- Quick learner that can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity;
- Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities;
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other such technologies and standards;
- Proven record of successfully managing business relationships;
- Excellent understanding of emerging service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
