SOW Contract Lead

Job Title: SOW (Statement of Work) Lead – Outside Service Worker (OSW)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST

Location: Remote (Preferred proximity to Irving, TX | Alpharetta, GA | Richmond, VA)

Position Summary:

The OSW SOW Lead is responsible for overseeing high-priority SOW. This role manages end-to-end SOW processes—including reviewing, editing, validating, coordinating legal reviews, and routing contracts for approval—while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all high-priority SOWs and revisions from initiation to execution.
• Provide white-glove service and apply critical thinking to navigate complex contract scenarios.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive timely processing.
• Facilitate legal reviews and ensure contract compliance with legal/privacy standards.
• Initiate and manage approval workflows and oversee DocuSign routing for final signatures.
• Analyze terms to ensure alignment with procurement rate cards and mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in SOW contract processes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Educate teams on S&P policies and enforce compliance.

• Category Leaders & Managers.
• OSW Operations Team.
• Contract Specialists, Suppliers, Legal, Risk, and Privacy Teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years in contract management.
• 2–4 years working with SOWs in Fieldglass or similar VMS tools.

• Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and working cross-functionally.
• Project management experience with the ability to meet strict timelines.
• Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
