Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world’s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished SOW Contract Lead.

Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension

Notes:

• Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Time.
• Remote role but prefer candidate to be located near one of the Hubs (Irving, TX, Alpharetta, GA, Richmond, VA).

Description:

• The OSW (Outside Service Worker) SOW (Statement of Work) Lead plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing SOW activities. This includes reviewing, redlining, validating, and initiating approval workflows for SOW contracts, as well as requesting legal reviews when necessary.
• The specialist ensures adherence to company policies, procurement standards, and legal/privacy requirements.
• Specifically, this role supports key projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all high-priority SOWs.
• The specialist coordinates with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless and efficient processing of requests. Ownership of these high-priority SOWs requires strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accountability.
• Assume full end-to-end responsibility for high-priority SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring thorough accountability throughout the process.
• Deliver comprehensive (white glove) service while utilizing critical thinking to assess and manage high visibility SOWs, demonstrating excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Lead contract activities related to OSW SOWs, partnering with stakeholders, Category Managers, OSW Operations team, shared services partners, and suppliers, as needed.
• Facilitate and manage legal reviews when necessary, ensuring all contract terms comply with legal requirements.
• Initiate and manage approval workflows for OSW SOW contracts, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with procurement standards and rate cards, evaluating and mitigating any potential risks to the company.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders regarding OSW SOW contract inquiries and modifications.
• Coordinate the routing of approved, executable SOWs and SOW Revisions for signatures via DocuSign.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to streamline OSW SOW contract processes.
• Deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences, taking ownership of any issues that arise and resolving them promptly.
• Educate, support, and drive compliance with policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract activities, maintaining accountability for meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent and requires 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of contract management experience.
• Strong experience using SOW module of Fieldglass or similar VMS tools is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skillful at cross-functional teamwork.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management and service skills.
• Ability to manage projects and execute tasks within timelines.
