Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.

- Immunoglobulin Therapy
- IV Antibiotics
- Anti-inflammatory Biologics
- Clotting Factor and other specialty medications

Clinic Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Provide infusions and injections to Mosaic patients
- Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur
- Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
- Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients
- Work within a team and take direction
- Complete documentation in Company EHR system
- Utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- 5 years’ nursing experience
- Valid nurse practitioner license
