Position Location:

What you do:
- Collaborate and consult with business leaders to determine development needs, make recommendations, develop programs, and identify resources or tools to meet those needs.
- Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including training modules, e-learning courses and instructional guides using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Provide guidance and coaching for a variety of associate concerns surrounding career development and enrichment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and deliver communication plan and design of programs to enhance the onboarding, learning and development of associates.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions for employees and leaders, delivering content in an engaging and interactive manner to maximize learning retention and application.
- Establish evaluation metrics and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of talent development initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis and feedback.
- Assist in developing the organizational-wide strategy for organizational development and implementation of approved processes and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent HR on complex learning and development initiatives.
- Support company leaders by facilitating presentations.
- Help build strategy and programs to support talent development and change management at Ameritas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2-4 years of experience required, preferably in the areas of training, learning and development, organizational change management, or any combination thereof.
- Experience and exposure to the full life cycle of talent development within H.R. is desired.
