This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, including field offices administrative staff, producers/representatives, and other partners. As a hybrid position, you will work partially in-office and partially from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and conduct market studies, providing production projections and coordinating marketing information needs with system modifications or changes.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to customer service, technology, and processes.
- Serve as a point of escalation for the team on field-related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide management information and reporting needs.
- Provide individualized and group training sessions for internal and external customers regarding field performance.
- Monitor and modify systems for industry and company awards.
- Provide audit support for field operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1-3 years of Related Experience required.
- Insurance Licensing Compensation Experience preferred.
- Ability to develop and interpret broker contracts.
- Strong mathematical, technical, and computer skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and operates with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management/prioritization skills.
