We are currently hiring for a strategic and organized Clinical Relations Manager to support our growth in the State of Oregon. The Clinical Relations Manager provides leadership and communication that fosters positive relationships with clinical partners, clinical faculty, and key stakeholders. Develop new clinical relationships and student clinical experiences. This position requires the candidate to resides in the State of Oregon and will involve travel throughout the state.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Educate Communities of Interest regarding the performance achievements of Joyce's Nursing and Health Science Programs.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized affiliation agreements and documentation that are required for clinical placements
- Maintain and update clinical partner contact list as needed
- Monitor email correspondence and phone messages for all clinical sites
- Respond to requests from our clinical partners in a timely manor
- Comply with and enforce all policies and standard operating procedures
- Identify and recommend candidates for the Nursing Advisory Board
- Work with Clinical partners to ensure productive clinicals are provided
- Maintain and monitor clinical data for accreditation and other organizational needs
- Cultivate new clinical partnerships as growth indicates locally and regionally
- Create and nurture positive relationships with clinical partners
- Support the out of state clinical team and ensure all supplies are provided
- Perform regular touch base meetings with clinical partners through each semester
- Assist with strategy related to clinical growth and partner relationships
- Outreach to current clinical partners for involvement in community development events and volunteer opportunities, including coordinating staffing for said events.
- Assist in the completion of ongoing contracts for the expansion of current relationship opportunities
- Facilitate meetings for potential partners for expansion to current business relationships
- Expansion into systematic/umbrella contracts for greater opportunity with current partnerships.
- Be an example of the values of the organization and use mission, strategy, and vision as guiding principles in all departmental activities
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Education: Masters degree
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred experience: 2-3 years. Sales experience in a healthcare industry preferred.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Location: State of Oregon home office
Employment Status: Full time
Hours of Employment: 40 hrs/week, with occasional evenings/weekends
Travel: 60%
