Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly, early-career, Front Desk Receptionist for a Manufacturing company located in Northeast Houston. We are seeking a candidate who is able to start right away!
This will be a temporary assignment (3-6 weeks, or TBD), however it could turn into a permanent position dependent upon performance!
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports as needed.
- Provide support as a personal assistant when required, assisting with various administrative tasks for management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential traits for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
