- Conduct cost analysis and estimate project expenses.
- Prepare and implement a project budget based on estimates.
- Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project.
- Oversee and direct project activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, managers, clients, and agencies like TXDOT.
