Human Resources Manager – Mid-sized, privately owned, company located in Southwest Houston.
Seeking an experienced, reliable/dependable, detail oriented Human Resources Manager. The candidate must be bilingual (English & Spanish), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):

Seeking an experienced, reliable/dependable, detail oriented Human Resources Manager. The candidate must be bilingual (English & Spanish), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
- Responsible for benefits, insurance, payroll, etc.
- Recruiting; Hiring and firing employees
- Managing employee hours, attendance, and any disciplinary actions (as needed)
- Writing/amending company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain and manage the company policies and procedures in place
- Employee file upkeep
- Work with the safety department to schedule training
- Shop medical benefits for employees annually
- Assist in organizing company parties and events
- Assist with OSHA reporting
- Short-term and long-term disability
- Filing FMLA
- MUST be Bilingual (English & Spanish – written and verbal)
- Must have a Minimum of 5 years of notable HR experience
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a detail-oriented and highly organized individual
- Must be reliable/dependable and seeking long-term employment within a company
- Live in Southwest Houston – highly preferred
- Experience recruiting, hiring and firing employees
- Must have previous experience with benefits and payroll
