- Recruiting Manufacturing, and Office Services professionals; identify temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand clients’ hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
- Build networks to deliver qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants to meet future demands.
- Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
- Interview and administer evaluations to determine skill level of candidates.
- Handle our walk-in traffic and phone calls, to efficiently get candidates through our screening process.
- Perform recruiting functions including networking, job ad creation/internet posting, sourcing, screening, and in-person interviewing.
- Two years’ proven experience in a similar role or an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Self-starter with a collaborative approach that possesses strong organizational, communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and candidate satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Be innovative in ways to recruit and find candidates.
- Maintain honest, open and ethical relationships with others.
- Never be satisfied with "good enough."
- Continually strive to set higher standards for performance.
