- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring smooth workflow in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with inventory management and basic housekeeping duties.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or general labor role is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor.
