This role involves working with metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon in a climate-controlled environment equipped with an air purification system to reduce dust and airborne materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist with metal grinding, sanding, polishing, and finishing processes.
- Handle and organize aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon materials.
- Operate hand tools and basic shop equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the grinding room.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment.
- Must be able to speak Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with various metals in a grinding environment.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a machine shop or grinding operation is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience with physical labor should make for an easy transition.
