What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift Double Pallet Jack Operator (Lewisville, Tx) position at AmeriTemps?
We are seeking a skilled Long Jack Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate long jack forklifts for material handling, loading, and unloading within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience maneuvering long jack forklifts in narrow spaces and handling heavy loads while following all safety guidelines.
Shift: 7 am to 3 pm
Pay Rate: $15
Location: Lewisville, Tx
Duties
- Operate a long jack forklift to move, stack, and organize products and materials within the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas following proper procedures.
- Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement using scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including order picking and packaging.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
