We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.
Full benefits at 60 days! PTO AND 401K available.
Location: 1750 Wall St. Rd, Gunter, TX 75058
Schedule: Monday - Friday and select Saturdays 5pm - 5:30am.
Pay: $27 - $30 an hour plus over time pay
Qualities:
Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics AND mig/tig welding
Ability to work in concrete manufacturing environment that may be hot, cold, wet, dusty, and physically demanding. Must be able to hear and see warning horns and other hazards
Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience require
Basic understanding of electrical systems and variable speed drives and controllers
Comfortable with computers
Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance management System (CMMS) preferred
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Repaired any production machinery
Hydraulics equipment’s, engines, and conveyers, in the plant, electrical system
Repair, install and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems,, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment
Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
Source replacement parts and perform repairs
Work with the facility manager to continually update the production process and system software
Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime
Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists and hand tools.
Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers and specifications
Maintain parts and tools inventory.
Prepare maintenance reports and summary presentations using daily activity logs, analysis and trends.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
