Duties
- Review and analyze loan applications, financial statements, and credit reports to assess risk and determine eligibility.
- Prepare detailed financial report writing that outlines findings and recommendations based on analysis.
- Process loans efficiently while adhering to established timelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with mortgage servicing teams to address any issues that arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Communicate with Broker Partners about documentation needed on loans.
