As part of our dynamic and fast-paced marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate our brand and engage with pet parents, veterinary professionals, and partners across the country. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. While experience in the veterinary industry is not required, a background in eCommerce, health-tech, or start-ups is highly valued. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have a passion for compelling visuals, and want to make an impact in a mission-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities : Design high-quality visuals for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.Create engaging, on-brand content to promote our veterinary clinics and services.Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with pet owners and clinic teams.Develop templates and graphics to streamline internal and external communications.Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Work with cross-functional teams, including growth, client experience, recruiting, business development, product, learning & development, and operations, to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.Stay current on design trends and technologies to continuously elevate our creative output.Qualifications : 2 years of professional design experience, ideally in eCommerce, health-tech, or start-up environments.
