Candidates must have at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle scheduling appointments, processing payments, managing multi-line phone systems, and addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
