POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Implementation is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of programs and initiatives across Amerivet's Practices, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and organizational goals. Leading a team of Project Managers, the Director of Implementation acts as a crucial link between the Support Center and field operations, developing resources and training to promote best practices. This role ensures adherence to company policies, drives continuous improvement, and recommends enhancements to achieve operational excellence, directly influencing the success of key initiatives and the seamless rollout of new programs and strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Lead the implementation of new projects and programs, ensuring that all objectives are met within set deadlines and budgets.
- Set clear implementation goals, guidelines, and performance expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, map out implementation strategies, and optimize processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure the timely completion of key initiatives while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of programs.
- Serve as a liaison between the Support Center and field operations, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Work with leadership to manage the operational calendar, strategically planning and prioritizing the launch of new initiatives.
- Ensure programs are rolled out efficiently, aligning with business goals and maximizing adoption across the organization.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies, tools, and industry techniques to incorporate best practices in implementation.
- Recommend and implement new processes, technologies, and strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program rollouts.
- Strengthen compliance with company policies, regulations, and guidelines during all phases of project implementation.
- Monitor the performance and success of launched programs, using data and feedback to make recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Deliver targeted coaching and development to Operations Leadership and Practice Managers, empowering them to effectively execute new initiatives and drive success within their practices.
