Customer Service Representative

Sharon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Full-Time/ Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! The customer service representative is an essential member of the veterinary team as they are the voice and face of the practice.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to

• Customer appointment scheduling
• Prepare and send out estimates before appointments
• Complete sales transactions
• Follow-up after appointment by phone
• Organize documents and filling
• Maintainer the front desk area, always clean and professional
  
  

Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required.
