Position Responsibilities:
- Veterinarian Duties: Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures in a way that supports quality patient care and client education. Communicate effectively with clients to explain diagnosis and treatment plans. Maintain medical records in compliance with laws and regulations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients. Participate in continuing education to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
- Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Provide leadership through consensus building, serve as a role model, and facilitate conflict resolution. Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills.
Position Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California.
- Demonstrates excellent time and task management skills.
- Demonstrates professional and respectful presentation with veterinary team and clients.
