This role is essential to our clinic’s operations and requires a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, accurate record-keeping skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. A minimum of one year of veterinary experience is required.
At Cat Care Clinic, we provide comprehensive feline healthcare, including wellness, sick, and end-of-life care. Our services encompass diagnostics, vaccinations, nutritional support, and a range of surgical procedures, including spay/neuter, dental care, and soft tissue surgeries. Additionally, we offer boarding and grooming services, ensuring year-round support for our feline patients.

At Cat Care Clinic, we are passionate about feline health and dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care. We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our skilled and compassionate team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, and examination and operating rooms
- Restrain animals during examination and laboratory procedures
- Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Run in house labs and prepare samples appropriately for send out
- Monitor and care for animals after surgery
- Provide extraordinary customer service as you check in clients, starting the SOAP notes for your doctor and communicate effectively with all clients and team members.
- Give medication or immunizations that veterinarians prescribe
- Assist in collecting blood, urine, and tissue samples
