One (1) years of experience at a veterinary hospital or clinicA strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindsetEnthusiasm and compassion for working with pet owners and their petsWillingness to work hard and learn the industry from the ground upCommitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to maintain composure under busy circumstancesProficiency with computers and electronic record-keepingA high school diploma (Bachelor's degree desired)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamPunctuality and reliabilityExcellent verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detail, ability to take direction, and handle money accurately and honestlySound decision-making skills and the ability to multitask in a stressful environmentResponsibilities Include :
Greeting clientsAnswering phonesMaintaining detailed electronic recordsScheduling and confirming appointmentsChecking in and discharging patientsCollecting and processing payments (in person, over the phone, and online)Completing medical records in eVet (training provided)Following up with clientsMonitoring and responding to emailsGathering all necessary records for appointmentsJoin our dedicated team where your love for animals can shine through your work as a Veterinary Receptionist!
