Responsibilities:
Monthly bank reconciliations.
Monthly credit card reconciliations.
Daily entry of billings and expenses.
Issuing purchase orders and creating proforma bills.
Weekly accounts payable detail reporting and check runs.
Assist with month-end closings and intercompany billings.
Assist with reports for monthly and quarterly tax filings.
Process and prepare biweekly payroll for accounting contractors.
Maintain employee files.
Organize insurance for employees and company assets.
Report to and assist the Controller.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in accounting or commensurate bookkeeping experience.
Preference:
Ability to work and complete tasks independently.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
