AMERX Health Care Company is an Oldsmar based national medical products company that manufactures, sells and distributes wound care products. Our quality products are sought-after throughout the United States, by private Doctor groups, Hospitals, and individual Patients.

Job Summary:

This Part-Time Warehouse Associate position reports to our Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Associate receives and unpacks materials/supplies, pulls orders and prepares goods for shipment, and works with the manager on recording shipment data. The Warehouse Associate relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision.

Required Duties & Responsibilities:

· Must be able to successfully prepare and box orders for shipping.

· Must be able to unpack incoming shipments.

· Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriers.

· Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.

· Mop, sweep, keep all areas tidy.

· Put equipment back in its assigned place and perform basic maintenance to keep the facility clean and safe.

· Be on the lookout for potential hazards, such as faulty equipment, and report concerns to the Warehouse Manager.

· Follow company policies regarding the wearing of safety gear.

· Follow direction and SOP’s for product kitting.

· Assist in monthly inventory counts.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse, receiving, packing, order building.
• Must be able to perform accurate mathematical calculations related to inventory and shipping prices.

Work Conditions:

· Work usually performed in warehouse setting.

· Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
