JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor, you will oversee the operational activities of the Environmental Services Department, as well as assist the Director of Operations in creating and implementing systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety, and efficiency of the department. Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the EVS Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Complies with regulatory standards.
Work Schedule:
- Typical hours are daytime Monday - Friday. May include evenings and weekends depending on need of department.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required
- Minimum of 1-year leadership experience
- Experience or specialized training appropriate in the field of environmental services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in related field
- 3 years or more of Environmental Services experience
- 3 years or more of leadership experience
