This person will provide patients with support, education, referrals, and resources through comprehensive, coordinated, patient and family-centered care. The Integrated Therapist provides culturally appropriate, non-judgmental, compassionate care while maintaining professional accountability and engaging in continuous quality improvement.Work Schedule : Flexible days / hours Monday - Friday. 16 hrs. weekly / .4 FTE This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.Required Qualifications : Master's in social work from a CSWE accredited program OR master's in counseling.Clinical therapy experience with individuals and families.State of Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)Preferred Qualifications : Prefer 2-3 years' experienceWorking knowledge of, and experience with, family systems theory, individual and family counseling, brief therapy models, and trauma-informed care practices.Benefits : Amery Hospital & Clinic offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 403b with match, disability insurance and tuition reimbursement.
