- Instill Safety as a top priority.
- Manage and support a team of construction coworkers.
- Build relationships and communicate with coworkers, owners, design partners, subcontractors.
- Understand construction plans and documents.
- Develop baseline and update CPM schedules.
- Develop proposal schedules to support pursuit efforts.
- Coordinate with project teams with the baseline CPM and CPM updates.
- Resource / cost load CPM baseline when required.
- Generate reports from the schedule.
- Assist with contract administration including budget and change procedures.
- Work together to resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
