Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct industrial cleaning duties as needed to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and stripping as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Assist with special projects such as deep cleaning or moving furniture as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing all tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial and industrial settings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
