Aviation Sales Manager

Overview
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in the aviation industry with excellent communication skills, customer service skills and procurement/sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in the aviation industry building relationships with customers and vendors, conducting negotiations and managing purchase orders, invoices and shipping records.

Duties

• * Source and procure aviation parts efficiently.
• * Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• * Review solicitations and acquire quotes from vendors.
• * Conduct in-depth research and problem-solve for hard-to-find parts.
• * Analyze inventory trends to forecast and maintain stock levels.
• * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• * Manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records accurately.
• * Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• * Drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• * Identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
• * Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
• * Negotiate pricing and terms to balance customer satisfaction and profitability.
• * Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
• * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions

Skills/ Abilities Required:

• * High School diploma or equivalent
• * 2 years of experience in Aviation Procurement or supply chain management preferred.
• * Strong knowledge of aviation parts and industry regulations and the after market industry.
• * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• * Aerospace/Aviation background experience
• * Quantum experience is highly desired
• * Prior customer service experience
• * Must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to function with little to no supervision
• * Standing/Sitting for long hours each day.
• * Ability to lift 25lbs frequently and team life 50lbs.

Employment Details:

• This is a Long-term/Permanent career opportunity
• Starting off at an hourly rate that will be converted to a comparable annual salary in the future. - Starting rate of $25.00/hr
• Per Diem is available to those who qualify
• Current schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
