Overview
We are looking for a Production Control Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate is career-minded, reliable, and holds 2 years of experience as a production control clerk in aviation maintenance (or similar field).
Responsibilities
- Prepare initial and hidden damage estimates and control all data entry into system as well as process approved estimates in an accurate and timely manner.
- Close all tasks in system by making sure the repair description is entered correctly, all parts are issued/de issued and labor entries are correct
- Ability to plan and schedule work of each department based on hours required and manpower required.
- Planning of sequence of assembly, installations, and all operations on a day-by-day schedule to make sure delivery date meets contract requirements.
- Provides and updates aircraft schedule to include accuracy of delivery schedule and to include any significant changes has explanations
- Assist and coordinate with production departments to actively manage the production schedule, per aircraft, per task, etc.
- Develop reports to include labor hours, aircraft status, estimate vs. actual, delivery schedules, etc.
- Effectively track rework as well as the history data to include reoccurring maintenance, parts required, labor required and uniformity between estimates.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum (2) years of related work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work overtime if required
- Be able to sit for 8 hours per day.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
