Production Operator

This is a 6 to 12 month contact-to-hire position.

1st shift Monday - Friday

To be considered for a Production Operator role, here’s what you’ll need:

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Military mechanical experience is preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.
• Quality conscious, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity
• Good previous job tenure

As a Production Operator, you will:

• Complete basic assembly operations using required manufacturing documentation.
• Correctly store, clean and maintain tools, equipment and chemicals; verify calibration dates and seals.
• Perform electrical testing using automated test equipment.
• Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes.
• Complete paperwork required for each part, accurately & legibly.
• Perform minor rework per Standard Rework Procedures., Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework router.

Salary Range:

• $15.00 to $18.00 an hour depending on experience.
• Room for growth with the company is very available - we are looking for technicians that want to grow with the company for the long run

Overtime:

5-10 hours a week offered on average.

Tools: No tools required. All tools will be provided on-site.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
