Join our team as an Aircraft Engine Components Quality Inspector and play a vital role in upholding our high standards of craftsmanship and accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct dimensional and mechanical inspections of precision machined parts, castings, and sub-assemblies.
- Utilize mechanical and electronic inspection methods to verify accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and procedural manuals to ensure production meets quality standards.
- Perform inspections using various tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Inspect welds visually and dimensionally prior to fluorescent penetrant testing.
- Identify non-conforming parts and draft rework procedures as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and ensure compliance with quality control processes.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold company values.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US Military Experience Highly Preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in precision machining or quality inspection.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety guidelines, and procedural documents.
- Proficiency in mathematical calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and CMMs.
- Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solving skills to assess and resolve quality-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
