- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and anticipating their needs throughout their stay.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Assist in managing front desk operations during peak hours to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred.
