We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and ambitious US based Associate Director to join, lead and grow our US client services delivery team. This senior leadership role requires a strategic and operational mindset, deep expertise in US and international accounting and (federal- and state) tax compliance matters, and a proven track record in managing clients expanding and operating in the US. The successful candidate, in close association with the firm’s partners will play a pivotal role in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing client satisfaction for our US operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategies to expand and improve the firm’s service offerings and US market presence.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork across the US practice and our European based offices
2. Client Management
- Oversee and deliver on a diverse portfolio of international clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery in terms of day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, HR admin and payroll services as well Corporate Secretarial services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on US market entry, accounting, payroll, regulatory and general (tax) matters, both externally and internally.
- Be the prime contact person for any and all matters in relation to the US entities of clients.
3. Operational Excellence
- Lead and manage cross-border teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Ensure that each US client entity is in compliance with Federal- and State rules and regulations, specifically for timely registrations and filings (sales tax, payroll tax, franchise tax, annual report filings etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international/US financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant requirements. Work close together with client’s tax advisory/compliance firms as well as other advisors such as law firms and auditors.
- Ensure that the firm’s operational excellence standard are fully implemented and embraced by the US delivery team.
4. Team Development
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Recruit and retain top talent to strengthen the practice.
5. Business Development
- Work close together with our Growth-team to identifyandpursuenewbusinessopportunities in alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Represent Amesto Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Professional Credentials
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or an equivalent international qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA).
2. Skills
- Deep knowledge of US and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) as well US and global tax compliance.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, or corporate services.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership or client- facing role
4. Additional Attributes
- Experience working with diverse international teams.
- Familiarity with technology-driven financial solutions and tools is an advantage

COMPENSATION RANGE: $130,000 - $ 160,000 ANNUALLY
This range represents the Company’s current expectation for compensation at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, qualifications, and experience in line with applicable laws. Amesto Global reserves the right to adjust this pay range as necessary.
