Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Blueprint Navigator: Capably read and interpret assembly drawings, workstation directives, and part lists, ensuring precision in your assembly tasks.
- Component Checker: Validate completion of all requisite parts before initiating tasks or transitioning projects to subsequent phases.
- Product Craftsman: Assemble and validate the final product by piecing together electrical and mechanical subcomponents of fans, blowers, and modules.
- Tool Operator: Operate equipment for mechanical subcomponent assembly, including balancing and magnetizing tasks.
- Measure Master: Use rulers, calipers, and basic math skills to measure parts, with algebra knowledge boosting your testing proficiency.
- Quality Communicator: Report any assembly or production concerns promptly to your team lead or supervisor.
- Safety Champion: Keep your workstation organized, clean, and within safety guidelines.
- Inventory Reporter: Update the team lead on any needs for supplies and tooling.
- Quality Insurer: Maintain a high level of quality throughout your tasks and meet company output goals.
- Process Inspector: Complete all in-process inspections with attention to detail.
- Electrical Expert: Interpreting wiring diagrams and performing hook-up assemblies as per the drawings.
- Certified Solderer: Obtain and maintain your solder certification while completing annual ESD training.
- Lead Wire Installer: Skillfully install stator lead wires into PC boards, using hand tools like tweezers and screwdrivers.
- Safety Advocate: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and wear the necessary PPE for your role.
- Adaptable Contributor: Tackle related tasks as directed by your supervisor, embracing versatility within your role.
- Time Manager: Efficiently manage your time to optimize productivity and output.
Essential Proficiencies:
- Possession of a High School Diploma/GED
