What you'll be doing :
- Lead multiple engineering teams that iteratively deliver scalable software solutions
- Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
- Collaborate with a wide variety of partners within business and technology teams to execute product roadmaps
- Recruit and retain engineering talent
- Determine, generate, and implement process improvements to streamline areas for your team such as hiring, software delivery, and internal / external communication
