How will you make an impact in this role?
The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for supporting the tracking all open findings, Management Action Plans (MAP), Matters Requiring Attention (MRA), and other regulatory or audit actions across Technology. The successful candidate will collaborate across lines of defense and organizations to manage, track, and report on open actions from audits, reviews, and / or exams to various stakeholders as well as provide consultative services on drafting MSIFs and findings remediation plans in collaboration with Technology SMEs. This position will report into the Director of Technology Findings Management of RISO Relations, Tech Exam, and Issue Management within the Technology Risk & Information Security (TRIS) organization.
Key responsibilities include :
- Cooperate with Internal Audit Group (3rd line of Defense) and Cybersecurity, Technology, & Resiliency Risk Oversight (CTRRO) (2nd line of defense) partners to ingest data timely for report generation to aid in the creation of the mini BURs and Technology BURR materials.
- Assist with the findings data collection and reporting process
- Work across different teams to aggregate multiple systems into one consolidated report for senior leadership review and monthly reporting.
- Implement and follow-through on the lifecycle components of MSIF and findings originating from 2nd line, 3rd line and external regulatory reviews.
- Monitor and report status of open findings, Management Action Plans (MAPs), Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs) for Technology across Technology.
- Analyze results, findings, action plans, etc. to include plan activities, actions of coordination, priorities, steps, process, and timeline for monitoring.
- Work with Risk Advisors for full Business Unit interactions.
- Contribute to the accurate flow of audit and exam information including schedules, results, and statuses.
