Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager, Amex Ads Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM) sits within the Digital Advertising team reporting to the VP, Amex Ads Strategy, Operations, & GTM. This individual will help support the incubation and evolution of our digital advertising product by owning the overall GTM strategy of the digital advertising product. This role will also help create a roadmap for other products on American Express media assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the forward-looking GTM strategy and activation plans
- Develop and maintain pitch and marketing collateral for the product
- Provide support and sales training to the Customer Success and Business Development teams
- Identify opportunities for case-studies
- Partner with the product team to develop the product roadmap aligned with long-term strategies
- Partner and build relationships with teams across the enterprise including finance, marketing, technologies, control management, legal to support the growth of the new product
- Conduct thorough risk and compliance processes with proper controls
- Ensure all aspects of the American Express Code of Conduct are adhered to so that we uphold the highest standards in our interactions with our customers and compliantly meet all regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range : $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
