The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios. The Product Data Analytics team with USCS is a key function that informs and drives product strategy and customer experience through data driven insights.
We are currently hiring for a Senior Manager of Product Data Analytics. The Senior Manager of Product Data Analytics is responsible for leading a cross-border team of high performing colleagues to support and inform the AXP Consumer Premium Product strategy and product refreshes. In particular, the role will have much exposure to leaders within the USCS organization, especially the Resy teams (including data, marketing, and sales teams) and will work cross functionally to inform and drive strategy. This role represents a unique opportunity to leverage applied quantitative experience to directly shape business strategy and requires outstanding relationship management skills to partner with multiple stakeholders and drive results.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. They will also do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
- Help deliver world class products and influence Membership strategy
- Inform and help optimize the value proposition and benefit engagement of AXP premium products, especially in the dining industry
- Use advance analytics to study customer behavior and competitive landscape to drive engagement
- Help set up robust reporting and tracking of Membership Services levers including Resy
