  • Build a small team of PMO professionals that will coordinate the RT effort across IAG, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Create status reporting on IAG’s RT efforts as well as the IAG overall opinion on the status of the Company’s RT initiative for senior management and the Board
  • Develop and maintain collaborative senior stakeholder relationships across the enterprise
  • Ensure IAG’s alignment to enterprise project management standards (and other applicable standards) and procure the assistance of SMPs to incorporate industry perspectives across IAG to help with the Third Line’s assessment of the Company’s RT efforts.
  • Provide thought leadership and input into IAG’s practices and processes that contribute to and/or are impacted by the RT activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc).
  • Proven track record in managing multiple priorities in audit or risk-related projects in a deadline-driven regulatory environment, and providing quality reviews across deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, financial regulations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; with proven ability to lead team members in a way that inspires, develops, and delivers results.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, internal audit, or a related field within financial services; and at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing complex projects, transformational initiatives or a PMO function.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional), CIA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
