Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience in a credit union or financial institution is preferred. In addition, a base knowledge of CIP/KYC, TILA, Regulation Z, Regulation P, Regulation B, FCRA and UDAPP.
Education: (1) A high school education or GED or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves significant personal contact with others inside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, obtaining information, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Conducts quality reviews for new consumer and business account documentation, including mortgage, consumer and business loan documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of federal laws, regulations and applicable guidance for mortgage lending, consumer and business accounts and loans.
- Manages issue tracking by inputting errors and discrepancies of new accounts and loans needing additional and/or completed documentation and prepares reports detailing the discrepancies.
- Monitors issue tracking to ensure that corrections or discrepancies are completed in a timely manner.
- Identifies and reports findings containing policy and guideline discrepancies and any missing new accounts or loan files to the Compliance Manager.
- Provides internal member support by phone, email, and in person.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Support development, maintenance and operation of organizational reporting processes.
- Ensure individual, departmental and Credit Union adherence to policies and standard business policies.
- Maintain exception reports and tracking systems to accurately identify, correct, and report selected defects, defect rates, and trends.
- Provide informed, professional and accurate service and support to all employees.
- Maintain current knowledge and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations concerning specific job responsibilities.
- Meet required deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality for all information.
