Still with us?
We’re the American Fundraising Foundation. We’re called AmFund. Since 1999 we raised more than $64 million for major hospitals, colleges and universities, animal rescue groups, women’s shelters, food banks and hundreds of other nonprofit organizations that desperately needed additional funding.
Doubt the above? At your interview we’ll proudly show you the hundreds of appreciative “lifesaving letters” we receive every year.
Wonder why, if this is such a great blessing for those nonprofits, why do we need you?
We’re getting more requests than our 12-person Development team can handle. When an organization asks for our help, someone must explain the program to them, get the approvals from their officers and boards, then manage the event. We also contact referrals and other nonprofits working in critically needed fields where experience shows we can help. This is not a fundraising job. Others at AmFund handle that quite well. Since new nonprofit partners have no experience with AmFund, it’s your leadership that closes the deal.
The basics:
· Highly competitive salary
· Significant performance bonuses
· Proven training
· Great working conditions at our Maitland Center headquarters building.
· Benefits such as health, dental, and vision offered
Still with us? Great. Here’s the schedule:
· You get us your resume.
· We contact you to set up an initial telephone interview
· If you do well, you’re invited to our Maitland Center headquarters for a further interview, meet management and your peer staff and get all your questions answered.
What’s next?
To get the process started, get us your resume now. Like we guarantee the nonprofits desperately asking for our help, we’ll be back in touch with you ASAP.
