Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations related to Microsoft products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success plans that drive adoption and retention.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or consulting roles within the technology industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and services, with a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions such as Office 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
