***Duties***
-Personal Assistant to the owner of the company.
-Booking flights/vacations/work conferences/private events
-Purchases/returns for owner
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
***Experience***
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in office management is a plus
