Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct industrial cleaning duties, including the use of specialized equipment for buffing and floor care.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Carry out custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and other high-traffic zones.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or porter services is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.06 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
